- About
Last month, Hurricane Melissa swept through the Caribbean, leaving a trail of widespread destruction and cutting off families from basic necessities. It generated record-breaking wind gusts. In Jamaica, Cuba, and other severely affected regions, neighbourhoods were flooded, homes and schools damaged, and livelihoods upended. The storm has claimed over 100 lives to date, and is estimated to have caused over $40 billion in damages, and its effects are still being felt as communities continue their long road to recovery.
Go Dharmic has been on the ground supporting relief efforts. Our local volunteers in Cuba are distributing food rations to families in need, while in Jamaica, our volunteers are helping communities rebuild their homes and restore hope.
Every moment counts. Your help can bring safety, dignity, and a path to recovery for those hit hardest.
Please donate today and stand with us in helping these resilient communities rebuild their lives with dignity and love.
